Privacy Policy

BuissOps is an AI chief-of-staff app for the day-to-day of small businesses, operated by us — the BuissOps team. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@buissops.com.

We store your account identity (name and email address) and the workspace data you create in the app: tasks, contacts, conversations, and proposals.

The data is hosted on Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt), and each business's data is isolated from every other business with row-level security.

With your consent, the app accesses a defined, minimal set of Google data. This is exactly what we access, and why:

Google Calendar events — we read your schedule to prepare your briefs, and we create or update events only after you approve a proposal.

Drive file metadata only — names, owners, and timestamps — inside the one folder you configure. This scope does not let us read file contents.

Drive files the app itself created — for example, uploads you approved.

Google Sheets you choose — we read them and apply only the edits you approve.

No human on our side reads your Google data, except with your explicit permission for support or debugging. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use Google user data to train AI models.

In plain terms: information we receive from Google is used only to provide the features you see in the app — nothing else.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To generate responses and proposals, chat content and excerpts of your connected data are sent to our AI model provider. Our providers are contractually barred from training models on this data.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account security settings, and you can contact us to delete your entire workspace.

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above always reflects the latest version. We will announce material changes in the app.
